They are referred to Dixon Legacy House because of our reputation for providing more than just housing. Residents value the family-oriented atmosphere, the sense of belonging, and the consistent support they receive within a safe, structured environment designed to help them move forward with confidence and stability.

As an incentive, residents who refer qualified applicants may receive a referral discount once the new resident is approved and successfully signs a housing program agreement.
